Not every injured diver story ends poorly.
This story shows that if you and those around you are properly trained and respond correctly, things can have a happy ending. While ascending on a rebreather, a diver signaled distress and began to convulse. Quick thinking and excellent training turned the story around and saved a diver’s life. (The most recent info we have is that the diver is stable, recovering from the bends and possible other injuries.)
